Nan Wang is the CEO and co-founder of Sleeper, where friends play + chat together in fantasy
leagues and sports games. Sleeper, at over 1 million users, is one of the fastest growing sports
apps in the past 2 years, with retention and engagement metrics that rival top social networks.
Prior to founding Sleeper, Nan lived in Hong Kong, where he helped build Neuberger Berman’s
private equity business in the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier, he started his career at Fidelity
Investments in corporate strategy and business development. Nan is a founder of the Oak
Street Acorn Program, a nonprofit that provides college access mentorship to underprivileged
kids in Boston, and is an active angel investor and advisor to several startups. He graduated
from Dartmouth, where he was a collegiate rugby player.
