Karen Mendoza worked her way up from fresh immigrant of the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1980's, to the marketing department of FOX Interactive and her subsequent 15 years at Nintendo of America. Now she's moving towards something with a purpose and a much more fulfilling career path. Today we listen to her journey, as well as the insight she provides to working in the business of games as woman and as a minority.
