About this Episode

The Special Olympics began as a summer camp and has become a worldwide competition providing athletes with disabilities a playing field to compete. With the Coronavirus making live events impossible considering the large immunocompromised population, Special Olympics organizers in New York and Oregon are using esports instead.

Austin Smith, the CEO of Mission Control, is helping organize the events and joins the show to talk about accessibility in esports, the importance of the Special Olympics and more.
